- Occupancy 2 adults: $180.00/night
- Occupancy 4 adults: $240.00/night
- Each additional adult: $30.00
- Extra cleaning fee for pets: $30.00 (pets not allowed in winter)
- Holiday weekends require minimum 2 night reservation.
Camping
- Seasonal riverfront: $ 1500.00
- Seasonal Non-Riverfront: $ 1200.00
- Tent, nightly: $ 30.00
- Trailer, nightly: $60.00

- Seasonal Vehicle & Boat Trailer Parking: $250.00
